Staying here in the winter provides enviable ski-in/ski-out access to Beech Mountain Resort from Upper Shawneehaw slope and an unbeatable mountain view backdrop for your spring, summer and fall getaways.  

This home features 2 stories of living space. Steps from parking area lead up to the first entrance through the kitchen. The top level boasts an open floor plan where you can enjoy the mountain views from the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Cozy living area has gas fireplace and flat-screen smart television so you can sign into all of your streaming services. For extra sleeping space, the living room also features a futon. Step out onto the back deck and cook out on the home's gas grill and take in the fresh mountain air with your views! Main level also has a King-bed in the master bedroom with full ensuite and 2nd bedroom with King bed and full hall bath. 

On the bottom level you will find a 3rd bedroom with Queen bed that shares a full hall bathroom with a bunkroom (1 bunk). A laundry room completes this bottom floor. Enjoy another great outdoor deck space with hanging basket chairs perfect for taking in the cool breeze with a cup of coffee and good summer read. When you're ready to venture out for the day, you will be within walking distance to several restaurants, mini-golf, Fred's General Mercantile and the town's free sledding hill. Guaranteed fun!

Note:
Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April.  You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains.  Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.

Parking for up to 2 cars in driveway. If you are bringing additional vehicles, these can be parked at the resort, or across from our rental office in the public parking lot.
