Located just minutes from great restaurants, hiking trails, fishing and biking. If you are in the market for your next ski vacation, then you are in luck, as you will be conveniently located just 1.5 miles from the slopes. You will fall in love with the generous living space that's perfect for accommodating a large family, group of friends or those who just want a little extra space to spread out and enjoy some time away. 

The home features two stories of living space with easy main entry at front door and ample parking. You enter into the home's more formal sitting area and progress into a sizable kitchen with dining area seating 6 (additional seating for 4 at kitchen bar). Sliding glass door access to large back deck located off of dining area that is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy cozy evenings beside the gas fireplace in the main living room while watching a movie on the flat screen tv. You will find that one of the comfy couches doubles as a Queen-size sofa bed.

This main level also has a Queen master with ensuite featuring a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms and a hall bath are located off of the living room. One bedroom has a Queen bed, and the other has Two twins. A laundry room and back door entrance round out this level.

Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms flanking a kitchenette space with microwave, refrigerator and dining space for 4. Bedroom number 4 features a Queen bed and connects to a full bath that also shares access from the kitchenette. The 5th and final bedroom boasts a spacious setup with Queen bed, television, small sitting area, full ensuite and private entry.

This home is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED.

Note:
Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April.  You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains.  Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
