Eagle Rock is a beautiful Alpine Lodge home located in the heart of Beech Mountain. Enter into a grand foyer with french doors opening into a large den with plasma TV, foos ball coffee table, games, card table, small loft area for kids and 2 futons. There are also three bedrooms on this floor- 1 King and 2 Queens. Two full bathrooms and a laundry laundry area complete this level. Upstairs is an oversized great room with gas fireplace, plasma TV, long dining table seating 10+ and ample-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and stand alone ice maker great for entertaining. There are two bedrooms on this floor, 1 King and 1 Queen each with a private bath. Sliding glass doors lead off of dining room onto a furnished upper deck with gas grill. Home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Absolutely perfect for entertaining with plenty of parking and outdoor picnic tables. This home is dog friendly only!

This home is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED.

We do not allow Saturday check-ins in the winter time.

Note:
Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April.  You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains.  Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
 

All noise, parking and trash ordinances must be strickly obeyed at this property. Guests must be 25 years old or older unless rented by family group.

Parking for up to 6 cars in front of home. If you are bringing additional vehicles, these can be parked at the resort, or across from our rental office in the public parking lot. Please note the Town of Beech Mountain has a noise ordinance beginning at 10pm and ending at 7am. If using the outdoor hot tub or firepit during those hours, be quite so as not to disturb the neighbors.
