Your High Country hiatus awaits in this cozy 3 bedroom chalet. This mountain home rests in a peaceful residential neighborhood with the perfect back deck oasis to soak in the sunny splendor of the day, and enjoy the cool mountain breeze at night. Equipped with a gas grill, you won't be able to resist staying in and cooking out. When the weather outside turns chilly, the living room is a great place to gather around the stone hearth of the gas fireplace to keep nice and toasty. Main floor features cozy living room, quaint kitchen and dining room areas. The master queen bedroom and a full hall bath are also located on this main level. The other queen bedroom, pyramid bunk bedroom and a hall bath are all downstairs, along with the laundry area. Bunk room has access to a lovely bottom deck with built in bench seating. Great mountain retreat for the small family.

Note:
Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April.  You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains.  Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.

Parking for up to 2 cars in parking area. If you are bringing additional vehicles, these can be parked at the resort, or across from our rental office in the public parking lot.
