Can't beat the views, ideal location! Pool table, hot tub, and space make for a perfect getaway for families to come together and take in all that nature has to offer with the in house modern luxuries of life.

There really wasn't any interaction except to resolve the internet not working which it never did work properly

we have rented this particular property for several years always coming back to the same one with no interest in looking for another! Great access to hiking down to the clubhouse and lake coffee right outside the steps. Lots of deer around. Easy access to the house with a ramp driveway to the back for easy unloading and loading of luggage. House was clean and comfy. Lots to do for families with the basement having a ping-pong table in a sitting area for movies. fire pit down by the active Creek was always relaxing from morning coffee or late night fires. very close to Freds General in the ski resort where we enjoyed the Fourth of July festivities. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back again next year!

Office hours seem to be very limited these days but when I am able to connected with a staff member, they are always very friendly and helpful.

The spectacular view of the mountains is our favorite feature of this property!

Wonderful locations. Easy pick up and drop off of keys and no hassle. Kids loved the hot tub. Lots of space.

I am very neutral about this question only because the whole process lacked in-person contact. Therefore, it is hard to truly gauge how friendly the staff was.

As I previously mentioned, the house was in close proximity to the slopes and restaurants, which was a major bonus to our stay. Also, the house was big enough to accommodate all of our friends and family, which was very nice because there was a lot of us. There was plenty of bathrooms and space in the house, so nobody felt crammed or as if they couldn't find a space to themselves for a couple minutes to relax. Another great aspect was that the house was easy to find, and the roads were clear and drivable.

The property was clean and tidy! Loved the views from the back patio and the fire place was a great feature. The pool table and hot tub provided a bit of extra activities. Overall -- a great place to stay. Big and spacious.
