Responded quickly to questions and very helpful with our check in process.

House was in great location. Path to walk to ski slopes was very appreciated. House could use a little fixing up and maybe a cookware update. House had lots of room, and was very cozy.

Access. I do not like the crazy mountain road so this one wa easy to get to .

Team members are always great to deal with - by phone, email and in-person.

Love the spaciousness of this house. There were enough seats for family-style meals and games. Bedrooms are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms. Love the hot tub and the pool table.

Very friendly staff. Responsive to questions we had submitted via email and over the phone.

We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the well stocked kitchen.

They are quick to respond to emails and super friendly in the office.

Mandy is the BEST!! She always find me a place for my son and i to stay last minute!

When we called about an issue with no water, someone came out and resolved the issue quickly.

The location and number of bedrooms/bathrooms was a plus.
