Here at Beech Mountain Realty & Rentals we want to make sure that you get the best deal possible on your vacation rental. Due to this commitment we are constantly adding and changing our specials.

- Stay with us for any mountain biking race/ competition or to try out Beech Mountain's mountain biking trails and you will receive a 15% discount. Just show up with your mountain bike at check-in (some restrictions do apply)

- Attending any event at one of the local colleges? We offer 10% discount to family and friends from out of town, at either Lees-McRae or Appalachian State University.
