This nicely-appointed 5 bedroom plus loft chalet offers something for everyone, no matter what time of year. If skiing/snowboarding is your taste, enjoy a short 300 yard walk to hit the slopes where to enter at the crossover so a beginner and an intermediate trail are accessible. When you need a break, head back to your Know Principals chalet and relax around your own private outdoor gas fire pit. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor scenery in spring, summer and fall from the home's multi-level decks. Situated within walking distance to restaurants, Fred's General Mercantile concerts and mini-golf, the ease of location adds the cherry on top of this Beech Mountain rental. Enter into bottom level of home where you are greeted by an amazing recreation space. Enjoy a comfy sitting area with large flat-screen tv, foosball table, wood-burning fireplace, high top game table and bar with mini-fridge and its own flat-screen television. Exit out of the french doors beside the bar, and you will find a great deck area with picnic table and gas fire pit with ample seating. On this level are two bedrooms (one with King bed and the other with 2 Twins), a full hall bath and laundry room. The main level of the home, located upstairs, is an impressive great room with high ceilings, wood floors and features a full kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating, large dining table for 8 and main living room with flat screen tv mounted above a magnificent stone-faced wood-burning fireplace. French doors lead off of the living room onto to a back deck with chairs a slope-top view. A king master bedroom with private bath and an additional King guestroom with full hall bathroom round out this level. Right above the living room is the home's fifth bedroom with 4 Twin beds, large flat-screen tv, half bath on one side and a charming sitting area with leather recliners on the other. Perfect space for kids and those who like a cozy place to take in a good book.

This home is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED.

Note: Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April. You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains.  Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation. Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
