Majestic Mariah Mountaintop Retreat

This beautiful and spacious townhouse is conveniently located less than a mile from the entrance to the Ski Beech ski resort. In the warmer months, enjoy sitting on the large back deck while peacefully gazing at the magnificent mountain views. It is perfect for large families or two families vacationing together, as it can sleep up to 9 people. This townhome is small dog friendly with additional pet fee. On the main level, the living room has a new 42" flat screen HDTV with Dish Network satellite TV and a PS3 gaming system with blu-ray disc player. The large stone wood-burning fireplace is warm and cozy on cold winter nights and an ideal place to roast marshmallows and have some hot chocolate after a great day of skiing. Pop in a movie and open the windows for a refreshing cool breeze as an ideal end to an amazing summer day of mountain exploration. The main level also has a full kitchen, spacious dining area and full bathroom with large walk in shower. Downstairs are three bedrooms and a shared full bath with a washer and dryer. The downstairs bedrooms feature a king in the master (also with a flat screen HDTV) and two twin beds in each of the guest bedrooms. The loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a twin bed, as well as a half bath. Sliding glass doors allow acess to a bottom deck from the master, as well as one of the twin bedrooms. You can stay connected with family and friends while you are on vacation with free WIFI. Easy parking in the concrete parking area.

Note:
Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April.  You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains.  Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
