Pond Creek Paradise

This spacious 3-story home sits at the end of a road on a peacful cul-de-sac that will add a special touch of privacy to your mountain getaway. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play and more than enough indoor space to accommodate the entire family. A flight of steps at the front of the home leads up to the main level entrance, or you can drive around to the back of the home for easy single-step access. The main floor features an open style layout with full kitchen, featuring new stainless steel refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, dining area and living room with beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace, smart tv, wifi and DVD/VHS players. Both the dining and living room areas have sliding glass door access to the home's raised front deck with picnic table and ample outdoor seating. Off of this great room, you will find a full bath, laundry room and two of the home's bedrooms- one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed and a bunk. The top level is devoted to a large master suite with King bed, full private bath with jetted whirlpool tub and tv with DVD player. The downstairs level features a whole host of fun with its own sitting area, cable tv and separate game room with foosball, ping-pong table and dart board. The home's final bedroom is also located on this level with a Queen bed and attached full bath.

This home is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED.

Note:
Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April.  You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains.  Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.

Parking for up to 4 cars in driveway. If you are bringing additional vehicles, these can be parked at the resort, or across from our rental office in the public parking lot.
